Doctor is always late. Nurses are rude. Just go to another clinic that values Your time and money.
RecommendedEven though, it is a long wait, when you are seen by the Dr., you have his full undivided attention. And he really cares. It is the only place where I've had blood drawn that I didn't feel pain nor had any bruises. The staff is caring and efficient.
I waited for OVER an hour just to be told the doctor would be “a while longer” yet. Seriously?! My appt was at 11 and I walked out at 1220. Not being seen by anyone else other than the person who took my BP AND VITALS. I get to the elevator and someone tells me that he can see me now?! Hell no. Why? Because I left? Because you wont get one cent out of me?? Oh and if I don’t want to fill out race or gender I don’t have to. Quit pushing for it. The appointment was at 10:15am. Got Into a room about 10:45am. Never saw anyone after that. We left at 11:20am. Not one person said that the doctor was running late nor did anyone come in the room to explain what the problem was. We stopped at the front desk as we were leaving to explain our situation (I was on my lunch hour and my son had another appointment in another city). Very rude front desk receptionist. She interrupted me and wouldn't listen to me. And wouldn't let me talk. I missed an appointment and was told someone called and got a confirmation over the phone. No one called me! I even looked at my phone record, no call, no voicemail. Please learn to have some patience and customer service skills. I've never been treated so bad.
