I came in to rent a unit recently. We went out on the property to look at different sized units to make sure what I reserved was the correct size for what I needed and the process to rent was explained. I noticed in the office, they have many options for merchandise to purchase and it is displayed very nicely. The rental process was fast and easy & the managers had me on my way in no time. The property was clean & I am confident my items are safe here.

I need to rent a storage unit soon & the balloons out front caught my eye as I drove by, so I looked up the storage and wanted to come check it out based on all the good reviews. I’ve been with mini u storage in Folsom for a while now, and I have no plans on leaving. They have been accommodating and very helpful!
I was a customer here. I walk my dog on leash, on the side walk. The manager of this place yells at dog owners that we can’t throw away dog poop in the trash can for the shopping center. Find a better place for your storage needs. These people are awful. The owners don’t care. Rory is who I spoke too.
