Phil and Kim are great. I walked in the middle of the week where they were extremely busy, regardless Phil still took the time to speak with me and give me the best advice for my storage needs. Out of all of the places in Austin you can obtain storage this is the best. Would give it six stars if possible. Super friendly owners and professional, with clean facilities and a free truck rental can not be beat!
I was able to rent and pay for my unit online in the middle of the night. The front staff was helpful when I arrived to get the free truck to move my things. Highly recommend using this facility.
