Saw the British Racing Green John Cooper Works Mini and that was it. Vinny has an easy way about him; it was always a conversation not a sales pitch. The dealership trade in price on my truck was comparable to several car buying Companys which made the whole buying process streamlined. Erin in finance has done this once or twice so the paperwork was a breeze. Thanks Vinny, Erin and I believe it was Dave who showed me the electronics of this sweet little car. oh, and she is a lot of fun to drive
I have owned a few Minis over the years and the service department is wonderful to work with. My service advisors, Sean Cameron and Jake Brogno are always very communicative and straightforward with what needs to be done. I can understand why some people might be hesitant of using a dealership to service their car, but that is not the case with Mini of Warwick - they always get the job done quickly and take pride in their work.
Buying a car from Vinny was a great experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He explained everything clearly and made the process easy and stress-free. I left confident and satisfied with my purchase.
