I took my 2025 Mini Cooper S in to Mini of Warwick today for her first oil change. When you arrive, you pull through giant garage doors into an indoor area so you don’t have to dash for the door when it’s raining. They assign you a service advisor (mine was Sean) who is your point of contact for the whole process. The waiting room is brand new with plenty of seating, free snacks and drinks, clean bathrooms, fast WiFi, and it was quiet. This is the second new convertible we have purchased from Mini of Warwick, and on both occasions the dealership has been exceptionally helpful, cooperative, and generous with time and effort to accommodate our wishes. Our most recent purchase (this spring) necessitated some tutorials for technologically challenged seniors; Vincent Corsi and Dan Shiranian provided the necessary lessons patiently and cheerfully.
