Very friendly staff love them
Can’t recommend this place, not after the changes they made. For the record: my family has been buying BMW for years, and always appreciated the amazing customer service we received. That was not what I experienced at MINI of Hawaii on my recent trip, and it has me strongly considering selling the car immediately after the warranty runs out; to take my business elsewhere. Just had my Mini in for a recall repair. The first part failed and they replaced it at no cost. Great service and communication. I recommend them highly.

Outstanding/knowledgable/helpful sales, service and parts staff. Real high quality individuals, they know the MINI, not just the service people but EVERYONE; I was learning things about my MINI in the process of restoring/transforming Angelica, a 1st Generation MINI whenever I dropped by. Of course MINI's are pure driving pleasure but I don't have to explain that do I? There's even a MINI club that does regular rallies, riding around the island, I went on one and it was a blast.
