I had a great experience purchasing my car. Everyone was thorough and helpful. The problem is that it’s been four weeks and five days and my car still hasnt been shipped to Kauai from Oahu. I find this absurd. I’ve never heard of it taking this long. It doesn’t take five weeks to get a car from Los Angeles. WTH?
had to bring my car here for some upgrades also before my warranty expired. the staff here were great. They seem busy all the time but they took the time to call and text me on a daily basis with updates on my car. The only complaint that I have is that they don't have loaner cars! Other than that I'm going to give them for stars because of the loaner car Option
