I went there to have my BMW serviced. They share the location. My wife and I waited in the MINI showroom. Their staff was very friendly and the showroom was very comfortable. I'm glad I found a BMW service out in central Oahu. I live in Mililani and this is a better alternative than driving to town.
It was an absolute PLEASURE to work with Mini of Hawaii!! I was able to order my dream car… and Mark, Miles and Felix made my car buying experience very easy and hassle free. Thank you for everything that you did to turn my dreams into reality. Highly recommend!
We received great customer service and the process took only 2 1/2 hours, and that was only because we changed which Mini we wanted to get. Gunnar was an amazing salesmen. He made the process smooth, and followed up with us to confirm receipt of our insurance binder and just in case we had any questions or concerns!
