Oil change was pricey. Quoted $700 for a battery change... refused to tell me if my battery was an H6 or H7 for tray size claiming it was "an aftermarket thing" when I asked via phone call 5 minutes ago. I am trying to buy a battery anywhere else but they were not info sharing.
They were very professional.
I never thought I would own a Mini. After some research and physically sitting in it and test driving it, the experience was better than most. But that wasn't what sold me on choosing my Mini. It was the experience of top-notch hospitality and service from this dealership. Everyone was professional, very knowledgeable, and inviting. I'm definitely hooked, and will be going back for my small to midsize cars in the future.
The associates were very helpful and not pushy.
