This was the best and easiest experience of trading a car and leaving with a new one! Mark C was AMAZING! Was referred by a good friend to give Mini of Hawaii a try. After going to different dealers a finally found a great deal, amazing customer service and experience. Would recommend Mini of Hawaii for anyone looking to buy a car. Give them a chance. Not to mention the new Minis are off the hook!
Wonderful staff and we love our MINI!!
First time service for my BMW. Had recall items. It is a huge inconvenience to get to location no direct entrance. They did not have a loner car so had to try to get a way home. However, I was impressed with getting a clean car back. Patrick was very professional. I also like the video text showing things to service.
