Bought a certified pre-owned MINI last January. Mark Carson was highly professional, patiently answering questions and joining on test drives, giving us as much time as we wanted to understand our options and decide. He seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the product and knew the car inside out. The finance executive, Ashlyn Terai, was polished and professional as well. The showroom was clean and comfortable. We got our MINI only a month ago - so far, so wonderful. My wife and I highly recommend MINI of Hawaii!
Dealership prices are absolutely ridiculous. Took my Mini in for a safety inspection and failed because of side marker lights not working. They gave me an estimate of $550.00 to replace. Decided not to get it done there. Stopped at Walmart, bought 2 amber replacement bulbs for $6.00 and replaced in about 5 minutes. Complete rip off……shame on you Mini!!! I see on the estimate they charge misc shop supplies and I completely understand there is cost such as rags etc. but why am I charged for BMW shop supplies and Mini for $50.0... read more
