This dealership does not want to sell cars. I sent them an email asking if I custom order a BMW X3 or X5 will there be a tariff since it is made in the U.S. They could not be bothered with answering. I emailed the sales manager and got no response so I went higher to the general manager and the dealer principal. Again no answer. I was out for a drive one day, a great distance from my home Mini dealer, and I called Grand River to ask a question about a notification my car was giving me. The person who answered the phone (I apologize for not getting her name) was kind enough to take the time and get a hold of someone who knew the correct answer.
