Was a really good experience if you ever end up going here ask for Joshua as your sales rep he really knows his stuff and really tried to help where he could. Definitely will be coming back
Purchased a Mini Cooper here recently and the customer service is top notch! Joshua was amazing, friendly and very helpful during the purchase. Evan was very friendly and knowledgeable during the vehicle delivery. The service department also deserves some commendation as Tyron and Jovana were extremely helpful when I needed assistance. No regrets and very happy customer!
Josh is super friendly and professional and gave us a great overview of the countryman during the test drive. After purchasing the vehicle, we had a few small concerns but Josh followed up with us and addressed everything promptly.
Mini Grand River surpassed my expectations! I called to inquire about a vehicle. I received a call and follow ups from Kyle & then Joshua that day, discussed my situation and I had a purchase agreement in hand the next day along with Photos inside & Out and provided a bonus incentive promo . They were always professional, respectful, courteous and patient with my emails & questions. I highly recommend Mini Grand River and worth the drive. thank you Kyle & Joshua !
