Dr. Best and the entire staff are awesome! My Gumbo Boy just loves it there and I wouldn't trust his care to anyone else.
We picked Dr Best because we had a bird. She was wonderful with him so we decided to take our dogs there. I am so pleased that we did. She came in on a Saturday because one of our dogs had a stroke. We were not charged extra for it and so great full. That old girl lived another two years and we had to let her go Dr Bests office was very accommodating to our needs. I LOVE this vet! They all truly care about animals. I found both of my dogs and they gave me great deals on packages for shots, getting fixed, flea care, heart worm and a microchip. They aren't all about making money! I recommend them to everyone!
The staff and vets are wonderful. Dr. Best is the best! They always take the time to answer any concerns I have and give advice.
I took my puppy there for his first shots, and they were great. We scheduled the second set of shots, but my daughter got sick and I had to reschedule. They didn't answer the phone, so I left a message. I called later that day, still not answer. I tried to call on several occasions. Different days, different times of the day. No answers. So I took my puppy to another vet. That vet tried to call several times to get the shot records, but Best Friends didn't answer, so we had to restart the puppy shots. I am sorry that you weren't able to reach us-we do answer the phones, and if we are unable to-it should go to voice mail. We do not try to be the "cheapest" vet, nor are we anywhere close to the most expensive. You also would not have had to "start over" on the vaccines as they are age related, not number of vaccines. We also give you a print out of everything we did on your invoice, so if you had kept that, you could have given that to the other veterinarian.
Great people, personalized and friendly service. Love the staff and Dr. BEST is one of the best around. Great place.
