RecommendedThe staff was extremely friendly. They all took time to play with Max & make him feel comfortable. I went to another place first & there was a line out the door. So I called here for an appointment. They said they could see me in an hour. Everyone was really nice. They did a thorough check up on Max. When we had an emergency issue that evening we called the emergency line & they walked us through what to do. Then they called & checked up on him as well. Great vet! Would recommend to anyone!

Dr.Best took excellent care of my service dog Lazarus, she listened to and addressed all of my concerns, the office manager Lynzee went above and beyond, knowing that I was apprehensive about being separated from Lazarus she kept me updated and even sent me a few pictures to ease my anxiety.... Lazarus loves going to best friends, he ALWAYS comes home HAPPY nd ready to play.... THANK YOU BEST FRIENDS FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF MY HEART...
During this time the staff of Best Friends and Dr. Carol Best made it possible for bringing your pet for care safe and helped with paper work, the usual excellent care for your pet was made possible. I so appreciate the service by phone and curb side service with patience and kindness.

Dr. Carol Best and her staff are just simply amazing people. They have been with my family through illness, disease, and the loss of our pets. They happily welcome our new rescues and share our enthusiasm and love for our animals. Dr. Best is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, the care is both affordable and appropriate. She always guides with good advise. I cannot say enough about how much I trust and respect her.

Hands down, the best vet I have ever been to. I've had animals my entire life, but now having 4 cats of my own, (4x the possibilities for problems, especially with the adventurous personalities of mine�), I'm here all the time. Every time I visit, my pets and I are greeted with smiles and my cats are treated with the best care. There are no surprises.
