It's been three years since Mingo renovated our townhouse at Casa Caselles in Key West. I can't say enough good things about Mingo and the team he assembled managing this project. California wildfires were causing delays in materials disrupting timing when hurricane Irma struck in the middle of the project with all the windows and doors removed and the subcontractor unable to get to Key West in time to close up.
