Fantastic!! – This is a great restuarant with great food! The atmosphere is so romantic with candles and low lighting. The service is fantastic, and so is the food. Everything from the bread to the dessert was wonderful! There is even a few pizzas on the menu for the less adventurous. We just went back again for the wonderful tiramisu and cocktails. This has become one of our favorites!
Highly Recommended – Great food and excellent service. The decor is very hip and clean. Definitely a fun place to bring a date.
what a shame – it's a shame that we're too much into the who's who of neighborhoods. I have to defend Mingo in Beaverton. This is the same Chef you've enjoyed the last 4 yrs at Caffe MIngo in NW Portland, same farmers provide the produce, isn't it a shame they're in Beaverton now. Please give me a break. Every neighborhood has it's time, it's Beavertons time. Typhoon and Mingo are in a league of their own out there and we shouldn't let the fact that their in Beaverton deter us from those 'flawless' meals we ejoyed for years.... read more
A great find in Beaverton – We have been fans of the original Caffe Mingo for many years and we also enjoy Mingo in Beaverton. On one of our visits in April, we were lucky enough to be able to sit outside and had a wonderful time. The food was great and the service was excellent. Although the atmosphere is very different from Caffe Mingo, it is still a gem and we love it! We will be back. On a side note, the review says that they don't take reservations but they do.
