Outstanding! – We live in SW Orlando, so the drive is a bit far...but, well worth it! The staff is genuinely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to finding the perfect fit. The selection of prom dresses were abundant and unique. If you want quality (at affordable prices) and you don't want the typical mall gown selection, this store is perfect! :) They also have a seamstress on location if you need alterations.. Plus, they have a great selection of jewelry and headpieces. A full-service salon!!
Minerva's Bridal an amazing experience – It was my daughters prom and everyone at Minerva's Bridal went above and beyond to make sure her experience was delightful. They were very patient with my daughter and I. All the employees are friendly and professional. They made this experience smooth and pleasant.

Terrible Customer Services as soon as you walk in. You are not greeted as soon as you walk in. The staff seems to be bothered when you ask them to view catalogs and gowns. Normally you will be offer an undergarment and a slid- they didn’t. I had to ask for both- again they seemed bothered. For my type of dress a slid is a must. Their policy sucks. You cannot take pictures which is the only way you will really know how you look. The mirrors are so close up so you really cannot truly view the dress. They have poor lighting. Th... read more
Great Service and Selection – I purchased my wedding gown, bridesmaid dresses, and tuxedos from Minervas. They helped me every step of the way. They made sure my dress fit perfect and my wedding party looked great. I highly recommend this boutique.
Do NOT buy your dress from Minerva's – Do NOT buy your dress from Minerva's. On first visit they may seem nice and helpful, but once you buy your dress, you are on their schedule. They are not willing to work with you at all, and don't even dare try to go in to see your dress or show it to a friend unless you have an appointment. Oh, and those of you who work? A great selection of bridal and formal wear at reasonable prices. – The Duds Relax. You won't have to spend a fortune here. The gowns are priced from $350 to about $1,000. The names are quality and recognizable but not incredibly glamorous. Lines such as Sweetheart, Mary's, Victoria and Signature dominate the shop.
