Miners North has impressed me with their customer service. I had purchased my wife a beautiful Sun and Moon Pendant with a awesome Petoskey stone set in it. A couple of years ago a local jeweler "cleaned" it and ruined the polish on the stone. I ran across the receipt and contacted Jeff the owner and General Manager. He agreed to take a look at it, shipped up to Traverse City. 3 days later I got message that the piece was repaired and sent back, and dig this......NO CHARGE ! 5 Stars! They are always so friendly and helpful! I take my ring in every 6 months for a cleaning and it’s just like brand new again every time. Recently I lost a small diamond out of the halo of my ring and they replaced it no problem! Would recommend to anyone!
