I needed some extra specialty tiles to match my existing bathroom remodel so I ordered a box of tile from Mineral Tiles. Unfortunately, the tiles I needed were discontinued and they could not get any from the distributor (this I know to be true because I tried ordering them from other stores). We ordered a sample for a home project. The sample came and it was what we are looking for. I wanted to speak with someone regarding a few question that I have before we made the purchase. They have set up their phone system to where you can only leave a message. After multiple attempts, no one has ever answered the phone. I have left messages for over a week and have never received a call back. Why would we spend $10,000 with a company that doesn’t offer the option to speak with anyone. Didn’t get a chance to work with them. They claim their phones are being restructured and can’t take any calls yet somehow they can receive text messages. Which took hours to get a reply back. I wouldn’t work with a company who wants to do business via text message. Looks like they have nice stuff but their customer service is lacking to say the least
