Super pleased with Mineral Tiles! We searched locally where we bought the tiles four years ago but they were not available anymore 😢. After a purchase with another company failed, we went with Mineral Tiles. They should have been our first choice. Shipping was quick and interesting. Interesting because Mineral Tiles puts a type of styrofoam or packing material that protects the tiles for travel. We bought two packages so 44 tiles total. I ordered several boxes of tile. I mailed 2 unopened boxes back due to buying too many. They said they would return my money. The tracking information from the post office shows they received the box of tiles in January. I reached out to mineral tiles because I still had not received my return credit. I was speaking to Melina, and I called the post office to verify and replied back to her and told her the package was signed for and received per the post office. Still no money!
