We were charged two service fees because they didn't have the supplies on the truck (which they assured us they would) so had to come back out. The entire job should have taken less than an hour if they had the supplies. If you use them, make this very clear on the original phone call. Beware.

This is not the same company they use to be....Had an issue with a large overhead door so called them 1st to take a look. Teach arrived almost at closing, spent at best 15 minutes and said there was nothing he could do and they would send me an estimate.....Got estimate of $6k and a service fee charge of over $600? Called another local company, they were here in less than 2 hours, he climbed up there and actually looked at what was going on, took pieces that fell out and put back together, he did say it needed more work but ... read more

I had called for fixing my garage, and they send someone to fix it. but the technician came to home and said we no longer work with Wayne Dalton. And charged me $123 for just saying we dont service and we can do replacement. I will never recommend. SCAM
