Mindy is great to work with! She has helped us purchase multiple properties in Gulf Shores and each one went very smoothly. We live in Missouri so it was a challenge, but between the videos an FaceTime she made it very easy.
Mindy has helped us purchase 2 properties. We are not local which is a challenge in itself but she always provided honest feedback. She would FaceTimed us so we were able to see the properties. She also sent videos. She is very familiar with the area which is super helpful. We have appreciated all her help!
When asking for recommendations for realtors to list our Gulf-front condo, Mindy’s name kept coming up over and over again. We now know why. She knows the area and our building better than anyone. She listened to our thoughts and provided valuable insight. We had an offer within days at a price we were thrilled with and that was well above the recent trends.
