Do not go here. Im not even sure if I saw a real life, licensed psychiatrist today. The point of my visit was to discuss dosing for medication that I am already on, and have been on for the past 3-4 years. Instead, I spent an hour answering Aprils's questions about a depression I went through nearly TEN YEARS ago. If you have mental health issues DO NOT GO HERE. They WILL cause you significantly more trauma by not knowing how to even talk to someone like that. I got snapped all over for 30-45 min about how I'm going to get Sam's license taken for refilling a refill on the 29th day bcus I asked if they would, they asked the pharmacy, the pharmacy said no, then ended up filling it on the 29th day anyways but I didn't pick it up until the 30th day but Sam didn't want to go ask the pharmacy or check any facts, she just wanted to yell, att... read more
I have had a terrible experience with these people all the way around. I called and was originally supposed to be seen by Jenny and was charged $75. I chose not to go that route due to insurance purposes. But since my little brother is a patient and thinks very highly of them. I decided to try that route again in a crisis situation. I called and was told I would receive a call back in 1 hour. It has been 2 months now. I've never once received a call back. Exceptional service... I wish I had found Jennie many years ago. She is compassionate, caring, listens & most of all takes the time to explain things to you in a way you feel like a human being. I feel some of these reviews are way off. I have been through a few doctors over my years and it's 10 minutes in and out. Not here Jennie and her team take the time to listen to you, go over a treatment plan, and execute it. Wonderful experience every time. Professional, honest, caring, considerate & you are heard and treated like a person. They spend the quality time with you which is most important to me. Ms. Jennie knows her areas of treatment well and explains everything to you I a way you can understand it - because she cares about her patients... This you can tell from day 1 and her bedside manner is awesome, because being treated like a human being these days in the medical world is rare.
