So glad I found this office. Feel respected and listened too. I've come so far in the last year & I mean life altering for me. Ms. Jennie Krull is the absolute best I have had hands down, no question in the last 26 years. She has helped me so much, is compassionate and caring, listens to you as an individual and not a statistical number. It's also a place where you can breathe and be yourself without judgement. Carrie Grant is a very awesome, compassionate and highly intelligent individual. Ive worked with quite a few different people for different reasons, but she takes the time to explain things and portrays no sense of arrogance. Also very encouraging. Give this woman a raise! (Lol but seriously!)

I have NEVER been disrespected by mental health professionals the way that this clinic has displayed. They have issues with answering the phone during stated business hours, scheduling is a mess & they do not hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. I had a telehealth appointment that I scheduled literally 24 hrs before to be told AT my appointment time that the practitioner is not available on said date. They are a joke. I've tried to reach them several times by phone. Now I Jane emailed them. Still no reply. I left a message to cancel my appointment. I left 2 messages saying this. Still no returned calls. Yet today they call for the appointment time that I've been trying to cancel. They were late calling. I was on an emergency call@ the time I called 5 min later. They left a voice mail to call them bk. Off course I did. Once again no one answered. But I bet they charge my credit card on file for a missed appointment. Knowin... read more
