Well, thank God I don't have any emergencies. Getting ahold of a psychiatrist here is damn near impossible. Why is there no internal system? Hello? you're literally responsible for life and death and it's hard to reach the office??? Hello, this is very dangerous. If you value your life like I value mine do not book through lifepath because with their cadence of not getting messages to doctors it may actually cost you your life. My doctor is fine though 10/10 recommend
I can’t say enough positive things about the therapist Carli Sterling. If you can get on her schedule then you lucky. 5 stars for her. Negative two stars for Danielle O, back office staff - some who were let go for shady business practices or reprehended for illegal behavior in regards to falsifying billing records during the year 2025. DO NOT USE this group their existing policy places a significant emphasis on a $100 rescheduling fee, even when clients have valid reasons for needing to change their appointments and notify the office within an hour. While I understand that policies are in place to maintain structure and manage costs. The therapist I have worked with was good, and I appreciate her dedication and professionalism. Great experience so far! My doc has been attentive, actually listened to my issues, and has prescribed some impactful meds so far. It has been easy to get into appts as well. Highly recommend! Update: Yet another great experience with Dr. Shannon Peterson! She listens with compassion and understanding and then prescribes the needed medication. She asks good questions. I'm just very impressed.
Dr. Singh has helped me change my life for the better!
