I've been dissatisfied since Mindpath absorbed Community Psychiatry. Rating is reduced to 1-star for unethical content in review solicitations, and known unwanted contact by email. Emails sent to patients solicit a review if you were happy but direct you to call if you are unsatisfied. Also, being a business focused on psychology—you should know better than to color the review button green and the call button red—one of the licensed Psychologists can explain why. I have been a patient for over 6 years at Mindpath heath. As always my appointments are always pleasant, stress free, and very helpful. The staff are very knowledgeable about my concerns and if they do not have an answer at the time for me they are always willing and eager to find out the answer and get back to me. I am very grateful for my doctor and the mindpath health team.
