The front desk staff has always been great, and my experience was positive overall. However, I've recently started receiving backdated bills dating all the way back to February, which is very confusing. During my treatment, I was never allowed into a session without first paying my $30 copay, which was charged to my card each time. Very convenient office. Great staff, Emily is always a smiling face. Good variety of services and providers available.
Great place, front desk staff is really helpful and nice!
Great atmosphere, office is clean and feels warm. They have hot/ice water station and tea bags available. The seatings are nice and soft with some cute reading books next to the waiting area. The front desk lady Emily is pretty nice and helpful and they responds to my text/calls super quick that I appreciate a lot. Overall a great office and nice people working here.
