After my regular therapist retired, I was looking for a new provider who accepted my insurance. That’s when I found Mindful Lotus. From the moment I called, they were so kind and caring, and they helped me schedule my first session with a new therapist. I’m so happy with the services I’ve been getting! My therapist, Pamela, is amazing, and I really look forward to our weekly sessions and how she helps me. I highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for therapy services.

DIANA IS A VERY SOFT SPOKEN, MOTIVATING, KIND, SUPPORTIVE, PROFESSIONAL THERAPIST WHO I FEEL AFTER THREE SESSIONS IS ABLE TO HELP ME TREMENDOUSLY...SHE LISTENS TO MY PRESENTATIONS AND GUIDES ME WITH PLANS TO MAKE MY LIFE MORE POSITIVE AND MORE PRODUCTIVE. SHE DOES NOT JUDGE. SHE COACHES. SINCE I HAVE BEEN MEETING WITH DIANA, THE QUALITY OF MY LIFE HAS BEEN ENHANCED. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL AND LOOK FORWARD TO A FUTURE THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIP WITH HER.

My 18 year daughter went to this place and did virtual counseling. She signed forms for them. My employer pays for some of the sessions. They asked for my credit card in case I run out of sessions and my health insurance has co pays. I gave them my FSA card which the IRS only allows for medical co pays and not no show fees. My daughter who is going to therapy cause of Major Depressive Disorder. She won't attend school or work cause of her drastic depression. I recently switched from virtual to in person therapy. Kim is nothing but goodness. She really takes the time to get to know her clients before jumping in to things. She creates an atmosphere that is warm and therapeutic, she listens and is nonjudgmental. I can really tell that she will truly have a positive impact on my journey.
