Dr. Victoria nettles is more concerned with hospitalization then anything else she also immediately told me she didn’t feel comfortable prescribing medications for what I was dealing with which was panic attacks related to trauma and PTSD I wish I knew what those meds were as she was made aware I have tried almost everything and would be willing to try anything to feel better. They take days and sometimes weeks to call in your refill to the pharmacy. I speak with them monthly when it’s time for a refill. Every month it’s the same thing. “We sent your request to your doctor and he will call it in today.” They tell me that day after day. Not sure why it takes so long to do that. I’m paying a lot of money out of pocket for this because insurance won’t cover anymore. It’s time to look for another provider because this has gotten to be absurd.

This place is a scam!!, when doing the online intake questionnaire the make you choose the worst answers instead of your honest situation. They are just insurance scams. Then afterwards they set you up with an appointment pretty quick but have an outrageous cancelation policy that is impossible to meet the requirements forcing you to pay.
Staff and doctors great. The company scammed me on the cost. Don't use this company as they are not upfront about the costs. This company is terrible. They have promised someone will call me about charging me 1200 after they told me it would cost 25 per session. Payment dept won't answer phone calls or emails. Staff told me they would have company call me, no one has. Do not use this company. It's not the cost that is a problem, I would gladly pay if they did not lie about it to begin with.
