My daughter has had her first Spravato treatment here today and the staff and Dr. were fantastic. Everyone was professional and kind and calm. My daughter was nervous and the dr.spent time with her to help her feel calm and they started her on a lower dose. Thank you for making this a good experience for her!
My experience with this clinic left me feeling more anxious rather than supported. The unpredictability of staff interactions made it difficult to feel safe in the process. I also encountered repeated issues with billing and scheduling, and it eventually felt pointless to ask the front desk for help. Yeah no .. if your already living on a budget it’s not it . The bills of no shows can add up fast it’s sucks tho cus I called the office to cancel and then they say it’s late has to be 48 hours .. like I have two little toddler boys if something comes up something comes up I can’t afford to pay 175$ each time What about the people who have episodes out of nowhere and go to the ER ? Now they owe 175$? That’s weird probably should’ve read the terms and conditions more
Dr. Fuller and staff (Jami, Teresa,& Fernando) were knowledgeable, helpful, and overall wonderful. I’m so grateful my doctor referred me to them for an alternative medication. Highly recommend.
I had a HORRIBLE experience at tms. The psychiatrist Alexander m had no empathy what so ever. I have a long story but anyways I went to tms for my Tourettes syndrome. I have copalaylia which means I shout offensive words and the psychiatrist who I met with on zoom the first time knew this. He saw my tics. Then we went to the place and I was having my tics.
