Sometimes is hard to get them on the phone to schedule and reschedule but the therapists have been very kind, respectful, timely, and organized. I love Stephanie and Noor. They are both really sweet. The automated system sends emails about appointments even when they have canceled an appointment, so that’s something to be wary of.
