We have been buying from Minders for 30+ years. We get our New Years Prime Rib every year, our two spiral hams for Christmas Eve, smoked Turkey for bunko Christmas Party, and more. For those who have grown up here enjoying a Fat Smitty burger on your way to Port Townsend, they get their burgers by the box right here. They sell packages for every family at a discount. Get your orders in early. The service is good, friendly staff but oh so good meats.
There was an accident with my order after I received it, after talking to the owner I returned it and got full replacement of hamburgers and hooked me up with a couple extra pounds on my next pork order. Thank you Jim Carlson and staff, see you next month! Best meat I put in my mouth ;). Haha!
Just got a specialty pack. Had streak tonight and it was awesome.
Bacon, steaks and breakfast sausage was Awesomesauce, I like beef on the rarer side and was not disappointed at all tenders no bad odors color was perfect... can't wait to try some fresher ( not ever frozen)...
Worst smoked turkey ever. Glad we did two turkeys had to throw minder's smoked one out. One star is too good of rating. First was told 10 to 12 lbs it was 9 lbs for $49.00, Second there was no flavor, it was dry, this is before we heated it up as the guy there said no need to heat up and nothing but salt and when you did warmed it up it was salt on salt . few yrs back this was best in town for smoked meats. We were defiantly not thankful for the salt-lick.
Great Meat And Seafood Better Then Store Bought. Quality Taste And Less Grease.
