George patented the Mindermold which was used it making the "Chip Steak". He opened a plant in Spokane and Seattle, before selling out in 1953. George built the Silverdale Shopping Center, one of the regions first strip malls. Today, it houses Silverdale State Bank and the Meat Locker Sound Studio's.
