They were quick and efficient
This place is very unprofessional there receptionist are very rude as is a lot of the drs. If I could rate 0 that's what I would give. When my daughter was nb they poked her with a empty needle then say oops. Then they talk down to u. They are never having the pleasure to see my beautiful baby girl again.
I switched to Dr. Aldrich about 3 years ago due to a referral from several coworkers and it's the best decision I've ever made. He is attentive, caring and kind. His best attribute? he LISTENS, and we all know how frustrating are doctors that just always know better than you. Overall ok care, but try to avoid spending the night there. Noisy, you'll be awake most of the night
I had problems with their reception because they would not let me have my x-rays, and they were incapable of making copies (most doctor's offices use digital x-rays by now and can easily share them with your other doctors ). I had to visit multiple times and the reception was rude and stuck to their made-up rule that I could not carry my own x-rays with me to my orthopedic surgeon, saying it was because he is out-of-state (just one of the facts the receptionist made up on the spot). Carson Tahoe is great, but all of the information needs to be updated. The main hospital is now located at 1600 medical parkway in Carson City, the new number is 775.445.8000. Lab and Imaging is still provided at the former Carson Tahoe Hospital along with long term care. Their number is 775.885.4430
