Receptionist seems very friendly and welcoming. However, it is very difficult to get in contact with them. I am going on 3 weeks trying to schedule our initial appointment with them. I call frequently with no response. I leave voicemails and dont receive a call back. I get told that they will call me back at a certain time and that doesnt happen. I understand offices get busy but the lack of communication is making this very difficult when I have provided everything on my end.
Just wanted to say a few things about min divers. We have an amazing therapist Audi who has helped my husband and I tremendously! I absolutely recommend them.
In my experience, this place was hopeless for my sibling seeking help.
This place DOESN'T even deserve a star, when I took my sibling here to get help. Latoya, a non licensed interm student psychologist evaluated my sibling & said they couldn't help because they don't issue medications, nor print confirmation visits before leaving the clinic, they don't even help the severe mentally ill people here. If you need a licensed psychiatrist that can issue paperwork, medication, along with helping your severe mental health without making excuses.... I WOULDN'T Recommend this place.
