I went to the office to request a different therapist, and my experience was disappointing. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist was on FaceTime/Teams before I can say anything, she claimed she was discussing insurance with a coworker, but the conversation I overheard was about food. What was even more upsetting was the lack of empathy. Receptionist seems very friendly and welcoming. However, it is very difficult to get in contact with them. I am going on 3 weeks trying to schedule our initial appointment with them. I call frequently with no response. I leave voicemails and dont receive a call back. I get told that they will call me back at a certain time and that doesnt happen. I understand offices get busy but the lack of communication is making this very difficult when I have provided everything on my end.
Just wanted to say a few things about min divers. We have an amazing therapist Audi who has helped my husband and I tremendously! I absolutely recommend them.
In my experience, this place was hopeless for my sibling seeking help.
