I learn something that benefits my health every time I visit the Mind Body Organics web site or Facebook pages! The classes I've attended with Jessica and Jeremy have been relaxed and so informative. The "make and take" classes really improve my confidence with blending oils and the "cooking with oils" classes have been so TASTY!
