This is my home away from home. I absolutely love it, each of the instructors are wonderful and encouraging. My only complaint is that my job gets in the way of me going to more classes.
Mary is so welcoming. And Saturday mornings with Rich are the most fun ever! It's a great way to start a weekend
Everyone here makes you feel extremely welcome and really get you into the routines. I'm new to Zumba and I really enjoy coming to Mind & Body to join in on the excitement. The vibe here is amazing. They make you feel like family.
