I love this studio! Mary is an abundance of sunshine. This is my first time doing Zumba and I couldn't be any happier. Zumba Gold is the way to go for me. Believe me it's a great workout and so much fun. There is a variety of classes to pick from and all the instructors rock!! �
Zumba is such a fun and great workout! Everyone has such a good vibe! They are all very friendly! Mary and Taco make you feel right at home! I would recommend to everyone!
I just love the Zumba and sweating to the oldies classes. Mary taught both these classes and she is fantastic....the people I have met are so friendly! Just love Mind and Body Studios. ...

Zumba with Mary, Taco, Rich, and Noel keeps me young. I wish more people my age would try it. Of course I won’t say what age that is. There is no pressure and you can go at your own pace. Give it a try. I love these guys.
I started taking classes in January and I LOVE IT!
I just started taking classes here. I've only taken 2 so far and I LOVED both of them. Rick and Noelle's Zumba and Mary's Sweatin to the Music. They really make excercise FUN!!!!!! I can't wait to try the rest. Hmmm.... I might even get back on track. If anything... it's so enjoyable.
