Absolutely wonderful place to exercise! Everyone is welcoming and helpful. The owner Mary is the sweetest and makes you feel right at home. As she says,"There is no wrong way to Zumba". Im proof of that!😂 Im so happy I took the step to join mind & Body Studios.

I went to my first Zumba class today and I totally loved it!!!! Mary ran the class and she was awesome! She had great song selections and super fun choreography. It was quite a workout, you can tell how much she loves doing what she does. She brings so much passion and energy to her routine.... it’s infectious!!! I highly recommend Mind & Body Studios✅
I will try to put this into words... I am from out of state and I needed a Zumba class… And when I mean I needed a Zumba class I mean I NEEDED A ZUMBA CLASS. It was 4:17pm on a Sunday…and I immediately went to the Zumba website and found this incredible place. The class was to start at 5 PM. I walked in and was immediately welcomed with open arms and a kind heart. The class was amazing!
