Worst hotel 🏨 in Miami Beach. Construction going on and then the elevator stopped working. Staff didn’t even offer assistance to help anyone with there bags 💼 going down the stairs. I will never stay here again. They don’t even have parking at the hotel

The worst hotel in the world, the reception don’t know haw to deal with the problem , and if any problem happens with you the will tell you that no one can help you and we can’t talk with the manager because the manager just work in Monday so if you need any help from the manager because the reception don’t know haw to help you , you should wait until Monday. Very bad hotel .
Muy sencillo pero cumplió con la relación precio calidad. El desayuno esta bien. Sin duda con las mejoras será mucho mejor. Sin dudas la ubicación y la salida directa a la playa son sus mejores atributos .
It was okay the inconvenience of the men working dead smack in front of it, there was no access to the beach through the back door my room smelled a little funny, because of the renovations the pool was closed and I didn't see a spa but overall I stay was okay�
Horrible!!! Llame para reservación y me dieron un precio, cuando llegue me querian cobrar demas. La primera noche me dieron el precio original, para la segunda noche me cobraron mas de lo que me habian dicho y solo me dieron una cama porque me querian cobrar la otra. Cabe decir que a la hora de hacer el checkout ibamos a desayunar y un muchacho de pelo largo rizo nos indica que no tenemos desayuno y sigue caminando, le pregunto porque no tenemos desayuno y vuelve a repetir que no tenemos, me fui bien molesta porque el desayu... read more
Péssimo! Minha experiência nesse hotel foi horrível. Estavam em reforma. Tinha um buraco imenso na entrada do hotel e tivemos que entrar por esteiras de madeira improvisadas e bastante instáveis. O quarto estava cheirando a tinta. O café da manhã não tem nenhuma variedade e é servido em pequenas quantidades. O problema maior não foi a reforma. Foi o descaso e a falta de educação com que eu minha família fomos tratados. Não recomendo. Pra terminar, na saída, precisei fugir de uma batata que transitava pelo corredor.
