We had a telephonic appointment, sent pics. The dr. disregarded my comments and made the most random, nonsensical assessments. I asked for an allergy panel, she said she couldn’t order it unless I knew what my kid was allergic to…because that makes sense… And she didn’t make the referral she said she would make. Didn’t even write it in the aftercare notes. So now, we have to do another appointment. I’d give her zero stars if I could.
We saw this provider while we had Kaiser. She was great. No complaints. Very thorough, easy to talk to, never felt rushed
Had the WORST experience with MIMI THUY DAO, she performed my daughter’s tongue tie procedure. She had everything out of her hands. My baby made sounds like chocking on her own blood (as raw as it sounds), all her clothes, the table, everything was covered in blood and she specifically told us “it doesn’t hurt, she won’t feel anything” so why was she crying for pain and why did she give us pain medication?
