Great vibe, excellent workout, teachers and music!!! LOVE the people who show up for classes, too. Always a hoot!!! I've never really LOVED working out. I've enjoyed it, sure, but this is really the first time that I've ever felt 'dialed-in' or that I've finally found 'my people'. I was never formally instructed in dance but that's never mattered. I feel free to go at my own pace and I'm challenged just the right amount to step up and push past my comfort zone. Would HIGHLY recommend (and do). A+++

I am one of this life long work out girls, always trying to stay active, but have never really found a workout that I have LOVED and stayed with as long as I have with Jazzercise! You get a total body workout in 60 minutes dancing, squeezing, lifting, and getting strong! The music and the instructors at Milwaukie Sellwood Jazzercise are awesome and will keep you coming back for more!

I am loving my Jazzercise classes. The instructor and music is fun and upbeat and the class is over before you know it. Where did the time go? Time flys when you're having fun, goes the saying. I highly recommend this class. Have some fun and get healthy and fit.
