Oh, how I love this place! A few years back I started coming to Milwaukie Jazzercise and knew I'd finally found my workout "home." The environment is super welcoming and relaxed, with lots of space and no mirrors! (Which means that rather than watch yourself in a mirror and think "I don't look like a JLo backup dancer," you can dance freely and unabashedly and know that you ARE, basically, a JLo backup dancer... 😉😂 The workouts are hard and varied and yet adaptable to everyone. I love starting out my day at Milwaukie Jazzercise! The classes include cardio and strength workouts in a fun upbeat environment. The instructors are great to guide you along the way allowing for low impact moves if needed and also moves to pump up cardio. I always walk away feeling like I’ve had a good workout. The other students in the classes at Milwaukie Jazzercise are very welcoming and friendly which has kept me doing Jazzercise for over 4 years now. Come and give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Milwaukie-Sellwood Jazzercise is a positive place to work out. The instructors are motivating and helpful, they help you push yourself while also encouraging you to listen to your body.
