I was seen back in December 2021 for a test. The office called me back 3 days later saying that the test was lost and I would have to go somewhere else to be retested... I then had to paid my regular doctor out of pocket for a retest because of this carelessness. It is now almost June of 2022 and I am still fighting for the charge of the lost test to be removed from my bill.
