Some of the worst service I’ve had in a while. We had a reservation for 7pm. We didn’t get seated until 745pm when we told the manager to put together 2 tables at the bar. While we were waiting to be seated it took about 15 mins to get a drink from the bar because the bartender paid no attention to us. The manager tried to make things right by providing us with a round of drinks and apps but than it took another 45 mins for our food to arrive.
My family visited this establishment today for my mom's birthday. The waitresses were rude, the food wasn't seasoned, and we were quoted a price for bringing in a cake and they changed it once we got there. Disappointed, and will not go back.
RecommendedOur server Danny was amazing, however, it took 45 min to get our food. We had a reservation at 7 and got seated at 750. While the manager gave us a free round of drinks and appetizers, it was not worth it. Fail.

I truly enjoy coming here when out on the river. Always feeling welcome. Being new to the community of boating I look for places that are friendly and welcoming and this place takes the cake. Owner is always around making the experience more then worth while. Thanks sail loft.
The employees at this restaurant could not be more rude. They get angry when we bring more than 5 people to give them service. The waitresses get snippy and rude when you ask to split the check. The food is decent for the most part but also pricey.
Awesome food and service.
The food took a little longer than expected, but definitely worth the wait!
