We came to Milwaukee for the weekend and decided to try this place for dinner. We had a reservation for 6pm on a Sat and got seated right away. We enjoyed being outside by the water and scenery. Our waitress was great despite all the negative reviews. I can’t remember her name unfortunately. She was at our table often and did a great job. The food was very good I recommend the crab cakes for appetizer. Only negative is they were out of 2 things we ordered but no big deal.
Worst service I’ve had in my entire life. Waitress came to our table twice in one hour. In return we left a cheap tip because she did nothing. While waiting for a ride the waitress said to me outside “thanks, have a wonderful night” and then said the same thing to my wife in the bathroom! Highly suggest going somewhere else. Food was ok.
Worst service, make that NO service. Visited on a late weekday afternoon. Place was practically empty. We asked to be seated outside. Two other tables were seated, one finishing lunch and one enjoying cocktails. In the 15 minutes we waited, 5 waitresses drifted out and back in, never making eye contact or asking if any tables needed anything.
