They do not care about patience pets they write different things in their discharge papers than what you are told my dog had a broken leg and was told that it was not broken and that x-rays were not needed come to find out she had broken her leg, right through a growth plate, and I had to take her to my primary vet.
Nice try VCA by having my review removed. Message to the public, I would never recommend this facility to anyone who cares for their pet. Most unprofessional and unqualified staff and this is what led to my friends dog needing both of her eyes removed because of the negligence of this facility.
A good friend of mine took her ill dog to this clinic and was completely misdiagnosed. They missed obvious signs of a common fungal infection for this are(Wisconsin), so much so that my friend did her own research on her dogs symptoms and choose to have her dog transferred to another clinic - in which this clinic diagnosed her dog immediately.
