The Milwaukee County War Memorial was born out of several organizations with a solitary goal of honoring the soldiers who lost their lives in World War II. The memorial's mission is to "To Honor the Dead by Serving the Living" through the promotion of peace and a sense of community. We've enjoyed the War Memorial's party on July 3 for a few years. Good food, beverages, dancing and the best seat in the house from their deck for the lakefront fireworks. Cost is very reasonable as well. Thanks to Jennifer for accommodating our party of 11!
