I think it is amazing and hope all 4 of my kids get to go there (1 lives right in Milwaukee and another is a Marine). There seems to be a lot of history here and pictures cannot describe it. I felt it by walking around and actually thought about the men and women who paid the ultimate price of the reason (s) for the Milwaukee County War Memorial. Just beautiful!
It is a beautiful facility and seems to really be organized very well. What's not to like when you can stand on the spacious patio and look out to Lake Michigan? Everybody in Wisconsin should make an effort to go there and learn more of history of war. I regret that I've lived in Wisconsin all my life and never took the time to go there.
