Milton Martin called to notify us that there was a recall for our Sienna. Due to the time schedule of the repair they provided a rental car at no cost. It was super easy. All inclusive. The service was friendly and professional. I don’t worry about those things when I go the MMT. That’s why I continue to do business there.

Great service starting online with Matt. He was able to tell me if the style car and color was in stock along with a price range. At the dealership our Sales guy Freddy was friendly not pushy and very knowledgeable of the car. Service and sales are great
They are one of the most inattentive unhelpful car salesman I ever encountered. No sense of urgency, no special treatment to us who may not have a suitable trade in or a huge cash down payment. No other options available. I left there and went to Hayes Chrysler not even a mile away and got immediate service. Several options for my situation and an approved loan for my first time buyer young adult. So sad all businesses cannot treat all people the same. Bye Milton Martin Toyota wish u never come to South Hall.
