If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a NEW Rav4 from this dealership. I later discovered they plugged one of my tires that was suppose to be brand new. I had NEVER removed the tire after leaving the dealership until I received a flat tire. I later I discovered the dealership had plugged the tired multiple times prior to selling the vehicle to me. This dealership sold me a brand new car with bad tires. I already tried to obtain a resolution for this issue with no help from the dealership.

the service manager was kind and thoughtful. After several visits, all the problem areas were resolved. The staff really made sure that my car was running well. I've used Milton Martin Toyota for quite a few years, and am totally satisfied with the service care they provide. I give them a 10 as a service rating I will definitely refer others to their service department. Louie Fouts is an excellent employee. Thanks for all the help and support.
