The men and women at this dealership are absolutely amazing! The service department goes above and beyond excellence. Their genuine customer service makes it a pleasure to be there. I was at the dealership this past Saturday looking to buy a RAV4. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the cars safety ratings, new/enhanced features etc. I was hoping to obtain a fair trade in value on my current vehicle but that was not the case. They offered me 13K for my car which was insulting. I took it to three other dealers who trade in value ranged from 17,500.00-18900.00. Obviously there is a huge difference. I had a bad experience at a new dealer in the service department yesterday and left and went back to Milton Martin Toyota. Even though they are a 45 minute drive without traffic they are the ONLY place I will go for service!!! We have two Toyotas and in five years have never had anything but the best treatment and service! They always do what they say and saved me over $130 at yesterday compared their competitor!
