The people in the maintenance department are very polite and helpful. If they don’t know the answer to a question, they will find someone that does.

I was at the dealership this past Saturday looking to buy a RAV4. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the cars safety ratings, new/enhanced features etc. I was hoping to obtain a fair trade in value on my current vehicle but that was not the case.
