Everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous. The service department made recommendations for my car's maintenance based on my schedule and my car's needs. They offered me complementary local shuttle service, but I was able to work there while I waited, thanks to free Wi-Fi, complementary beverages, and a designated quiet room complete with desks and lots of outlets – there were even USB ports for my phone charger! Today was my first visit, but it definitely won't be my last!
Absolutely appreciate what mark the assistant general manager and Chris browning and all the guys involved did today to help me to get into my new car and be one happy customer with my 2017 Honda accord sport. Y'all went far beyond what I dreamed to make this happen thank you all so so much.
It is the best car dealership ever. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be treated with honesty and respect.

I purchased a car here recently and I was very pleased with how easy the process was. Chris Browning, our salesman was very personable. He made us feel important and that our business mattered. There were a few minor issues that came up after we purchased the car, and Chris, as well as David Copus, his manager, were very prompt in getting those issues resolved at their expense. I would definitely recommend Milton Martin Honda as a dealership that truly cares about their customers.
