Went in for an oil change took around the allotted time they mentioned. Left the dealership had to turn around take car back cause the oil percentage had not been reset then noticed the washer fluid had not been capped off went inside to wait for these services to be completed sit and waited for forty five mins. Went to check on the car and saw it sitting in the lanes and no one had came in the tell us it was ready Again. Very frustrating that it took all of our morning just for an oil change. RecommendedWORTH THE DRIVE! We were in the the market for a new car and went to the 2 Honda dealers by the mall. The first one took forever to give me a price and it was $1700 higher than my target. We are very disappointed in our experice with Milton Martin Honda today!!! 😡 We kept hearing great reviews on the radio so we had high expectations that they were different. Well they are just like other car dealerships: very pushy, concerned with their quotas & don't listen to their customers!!! While our salesperson was nice & courteous, we found that his boss (the sale/finance manager) kept us going through hoops & filling out paperwork when we needed to leave this evening & told them so. Well I went in for an air bag recall. They decided to look at my rear brakes? No, I did not get them fixed there! Really a person like myself just doesn't have time. I checked my car every 5,000 miles with tire rotation & oil change.
