Sold my 87 year mother a car with tinted windows. The salesman, Frank, told her he would have the tint removed because she said it made it difficult to see. They delivered the car to her stating they would have it removed. Mom calls 4 times, no reply from the salesman. I call and Frank says, “no, that was not what we agreed to.” BS Frank. Recommended4/27 i needed new tire to replace flat. Tot was extremely helpful. Customer service at Milton Martin Honda is best I’ve seen in my 72 years. Great customer service , they finished my ‘Auto Butler’ in only 40 minutes.
I enjoy the waiting areas in the service center. Very customer focused.

Service Manager Tot Ingram took car of me and my car from when I first pulled garage thru when I pulled out. Explained thoroughly what had been done to my car and what needs to done in next visit. Waiting area was clean. Had fruit and cookies for those waiting. Television on a channel every one could watch. Previously had weather channel. Not exciting to watch while waiting. Basically polite service people. Clean intake area and same with waiting room. Excellent care of my car.
Courteous staff. Satisfied with check up, oil change and tire rotation.
